A: Order cancellations are only accepted before the cap has entered the production phase with our supplier. Once production has begun, your deposit is non-refundable as we are charged for the custom order by the manufacturer. Q: Do you offer any warranty? What if there is a defect?
A: Absolutely. This is the most important part of your protection. All our caps are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. These warranties typically range from 3 years to a lifetime, depending on the brand and model you choose.
If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with the manufacturer to facilitate a repair or replacement according to the terms of the warranty. Q: Can I get a refund after 3 months if I'm no longer satisfied?
A: No, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction after 3 months, or after the product has been installed and used.
Our caps are custom-ordered, durable goods designed for long-term use. Once a cap has been installed and used for any length of time, it is considered a used product and we cannot resell it.
Your protection against long-term issues is the Manufacturer's Warranty, not a satisfaction guarantee. If a defect arises within the warranty period (which is always longer than 3 months), we will manage the warranty claim for you.
